The Department of Texas VFW would like to welcome you and your family to the 2024 Texas VFW Mid-Winter Conference!
The Mid-Winter Conference will be filled with informative sessions, training and seminars. Come meet Service Officers and other members of the VFW, Auxiliary and Foundation from across the state. Help celebrate the winners of the Patriot’s Pen, Voice of Democracy and Teacher of the Year. Plenty of photo opportunities, vendor exhibits and free assistance for those needing to submit VA Disability and Compensation claims.
Stop by vendor booths, Texas VFW Store and the Resource Fair to find what you need or been looking for. Visit local attractions like the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium or other attractions through Visit Corpus Christi.
Conference Agenda
The tentative Conference Agenda will be published soon. Below are the scheduled upcoming highlights:
- Wednesday (Invites Only) – Foundation and Budget & Finance Meetings
- Thursday (Open to All) – Service Officer / Career Expo (all members)
- Friday (Open to All) – Joint Memorial & Opening Sessions / Seminars / Open COA Meeting
- Saturday (Open to All) – Seminars / VOD Awards Banquet
Additionally, Service Officers will be available to provide assistance each day.

If you are planning on attending the Mid-Winter Conference Awards Banquet, online purchases are now closed. Please check Dept staff at the event if there will be any available tickets.

If you are attending the 2024 Mid-Winter Conference, our online registration is now closed. However, you can still register in person at the Conference.
